Here's the Rafael study for the figure drawing class. The idea is to try to understand the forms in relation to one another. The marks and sketching around the margins are my instructor's. Tonight we had a model, so it was my first life drawing session where the model was not an unwitting metro passenger or myself. My drawings were...ok....sorta....for a first effort. Then, on the way home a couple of sketches on the train which I will post tomorrow.
